Every unit we install is floor-mounted — from slim AC posts for hotel bays through to full-height DC rapids for trunk-road sites. Nothing is picked from a catalogue in advance; the mix is specified at survey against your supply, your dwell time and your budget.
Every Victus charger reports back to our platform. We see faults before your guests do, reset units remotely, and put a support number on the charger so calls come to us — not to your reception desk.

Illustrative only. Excludes electricity cost, standing charges, payment fees and VAT, and assumes a constant tariff. On funded packages your share is paid net of running costs; on owned sites you keep gross revenue and carry the energy cost.
On the funded package, nothing. Victus pays for hardware, groundworks and installation, and you receive a share of charging revenue. On shared and owned packages you contribute or pay outright, and your share of revenue rises to match. We put all three side by side in writing after the survey so you can see the trade-off.
Often not. Most sites have more spare capacity than they think, and load management lets several chargers share what's available without tripping your supply. Where a DNO upgrade genuinely is needed we handle the application and tell you the cost and lead time before you commit to anything.
Cable routes are planned at survey to keep trenching short and away from your busiest routes. Most installs are a few days on site, phased so the car park stays open. Reinstatement, bay marking and signage are part of the job, not an extra.
On owned sites, you do. On funded sites we set the tariff and review it with you — it has to stay competitive with nearby chargers or utilisation drops and nobody earns. Idle fees, free-charging windows for guests and different tariffs for staff or fleet can all be configured.
We usually know before you do. The unit reports its status to our platform, we attempt a remote diagnostic and reset, and if it needs an engineer we book one. Drivers contact us, not your staff — support details are on the charger itself.
No. They tap a contactless card or scan the QR code on the unit to pay as they go. RFID cards and account access can be added for staff, fleets or regular users where you want them.
For most standard installs in existing car parks, permitted development covers it. Listed buildings, conservation areas and larger rapid installations with substation works can need consent — we flag it at survey and tell you what's involved.
Yes. Units can be wrapped or vinyl-branded, and signage can carry your identity alongside the Victus payment instructions drivers need in order to start a session.
